This is dated but may still be relevant, when it comes to “ emergencies” & constitutional rights. I know Wa. state has camps set up for involuntary quarantine, if certain scenarios exist. This would be an example of Constitutional rights suspended, under a declared communicable disease health event. ( or “ threat” of an event.) 🙈

I’m not sure knowledge of Bill of Rights will help in this situation. I love our country & understand the importance of knowing our rights, but who do we appeal to when gov., military, & courts, are all compromised?
